James Wilson, President and CEO As the President and CEO, Jim oversees the corporate strategy and provides an integrated vision for the Kepler team. Jim has twenty five years experience as a senior executive at Hughes, Raytheon, and ANSER. As a director and program manager, Jim has led several space, C4ISR, information system development, and system architecture projects.

Les Hamblin, Group Vice President - Space & Strategic Systems As the VP of Space & Strategic Systems, Les is responsible for leading Kepler’s team of space and missile system analysts and operations experts. Les manages space, intelligence and missile business development activities. Les is a former Air Force officer with extensive aviation, space, and missile experience.

Chiang Ren, Chief Technical Officer 
As Kepler’s Chief Technical Officer, Chiang is responsible for researching and implementing the technology and business practices that keep Kepler in the curl of the IT technology wave. Chiang has extensive experience as a senior aerospace engineer and policy analyst. Chiang has led several Air Force and OSD studies. He has published numerous research articles on complex systems and operations. Chiang is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Margie Heminger, Director of Business Operations
As Director of Business Operations, Margie defines and manages all of Kepler’s business operations.  Margie has over ten years of Air Force experience and is a successful small business owner.

Michael Hill, Group Vice President - Software Products & Services
As the VP of Software Products and Services, Mike defines the product strategy and oversees the day-to-day operations and marketing of the software development and service organizations.  As an entrepreneur Mike co-founded and managed two software companies.
