Kepler Research has expanded its leadership position in acquisition and operations support to include world-class information technology consulting services.  Members of our technical staff have developed custom and proprietary software solutions for some of the largest and most demanding organizations in the world.

Kepler’s clients, like most organizations, feel the competitive pressures to reduce cost and improve operating efficiencies.  We have partnered with clients, like the Air Force Manpower and Personnel and the 20th Air Force, to use technology to leverage legacy systems, reduce manpower, and streamline operating processes.

Kepler is working with the Air Force to identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the Personnel Service Delivery Transformation (PSDT) and to define and document manpower and personnel data vocabularies that will eventually be implemented as web services in the PSDT Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Working closely with our customers, we have utilized Agile development methodologies like SCRUM and eXtreme Programming (XP) to assure client satisfaction, reduce the time to market, and deliver what the custom needs the first time.
