Procurement Analyst (Subject Matter Expert)
Perform independent development of contract policies, plans, processes, procedures, and checklists, as well as subject matter expert-level contract/audit support.
Required Experience:
-
Prior Contract Policy Supervisor or Contracts Supervisor AND minimum 15 years as a Warranted Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) - all for Department of Defense (DoD) buying activity

Direct experience in internal review and preparation for an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC) Procurement Management Review (PMR)

Direct experience in formulation and promulgation of contract policy

Direct experience with performing compliance reviews on contract actions
Allowable Exception to Above Qualifications:
-
BA/BA and 20+ years of combined Government or Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contractor experience in direct support of a DoD contracting office

Direct procurement experience with Acquisition Category (ACAT) I/II systems development; and direct experience in internal review, formulation, and promulgation of contract policy and contracting oversight/review
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Missile Defense Agency acquisition processes

Previous Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification Level III in Contracting
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Clearance: DoD Secret
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 per year
