Kepler Research is seeking an experienced advanced-level Cost/Price Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The MDA mission is to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree

Required Clearance: DoD Secret

Required Experience:

• BA/BS and 15 years as a cost/price analyst for a DoD buying activity or DCAA Auditor; or as a cost/price analyst, proposal analyst, project control analyst, or cost accountant at DoD contractor.

• 8+ years’ experience conducting cost/price analysis in sole source and/or competitive source selections.

• Experience developing fully integrated, formula-driven MS Excel cost models to calculate the proposed and/or objective and/or negotiated amounts by cost element and CLIN, with focus on VLOOKUP and SUMIFS formulas.

• Experience in forecasting, learning curves, and regression analysis.

• Secret Clearance

• Experience with MDA acquisition processes
